Adolf Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” and the Relationship Between the State, Culture, and Race
[ send me this paper ]
This 5 page report discusses Hitler’s infamous “Mein Kampf,” written between 1924-27. In it, he outlined his policies for the future as he told how he had evolved. In it, it is clear that he always believed himself to be a man of great talent, whether as an artist or architect or the leader of his political party. For Hitler, the connection between the state and culture was clear and he used the issue of race to establish that his own vision of how culture and state are inter-related and how the wrong “type” of person can pervert what he determined to be the true and necessary relationship between state and cultural refinement and enlightenment. Bibliography lists 6 sources.

Although History Repeats Itself, It Never Repeats Itself Exactly
[ send me this paper ]
7 pages in length. History has long had a tendency to repeat itself, particularly with regard to war. While this phenomenon never ceases to replicate the past, there are always enough subtle nuances of change that prevent history from repeating itself exactly as before. Two books that address this occurrence are My Lai : A Brief History With Documents by James Stuart Olson & Randy W. Roberts and Douglas V. Porpora's How Holocausts Happen : The United States in Central America, both delving deeply within the psychological basis upon which selective extermination exists and why it has been allowed to continue throughout the years. No additional sources cited.
